If you want to improve your combat abilities and skills with self defense learning the following martial arts tips can give you the strategic advantage to win any battle or physical confrontation with any opponent you may face in your life. The world is a dangerous place and can be very scary, but learning martial arts tips and having the best self defense training behind you can either mean life or death in a fight situation. I would like to advise you and give you some suggestions and selkf defense training tactics I recommend you include and consider in your training.

Learn martial arts tips #1 - The one thing that I personally love about training in Brazilian Jiujutsu is that we are only ranked by our skill level by how proficient we are at defending ourselves and in actual combat. The biggest thing that comes down to winning a fight or combat situation is your conditioning, speed, size and strength. If you dont have these three things you won't last too long in a life or death self defense situation. So the rule of thumb here is to train frequently with weights and do things like jogging, going for walks or riding a bike to build up your cardiovascular fitness.

Learn martial arts tips #2 - Another big key strategy is constant drilling and refining the movements of the martial arts training moves you choose to learn. You need to rehearse and practice these techniques until they are subconscious and you can do them on command without having to think about it. This is when your martial arts training that you have learned becomes practical knowledge. When it becomes practical knowledge you will have the skill set necessary to protect and defend yourself with the self defense techniques and training you learn in the dojo.

Learn martial arts tips #3 - If you can afford to take your training even further, join a martial arts class or gym. If you are already doing that take it up another level and train with weights. You can also do much more simple things as well like studying videos, self defense systems, try different styles of martial arts classes in your city or town or just try different things all together. But one of the biggest things is active practice of combat.
