Learn
beginner self defense tips!
Have
you been searching for a valid way to learn beginners self defense
tips? I have been in a lot of fights, have had a lot of martial arts
training, have fought behind prison bars and have fought in a nightclub
where I work as a bouncer. I have some valid techniques and tips to
share with you especially if you are a beginner at martial arts
training. The advice I am about to give you is some real stuff that you
should incoporate into your skill set on handling violence and
intimidation. Martial arts are great so I plan on sharing the very best
self defense techniques that I know work, specifically designed for
beginners.
Learn beginner self defense tips #1 - One of the most publicly known martial arts moves is the kick to the groin region on male attackers. However you have to realize that most male attackers are aware of this technique and will block or try escaping having the technique used on them. So you can use this technique in a variety of ways. You can bite the groin, smash it with a knee, kick it with your foot, elbow it, punch it, pull it, rip at it, strike it etc. Any technique you can use to fight and defend remember to strike the groin of a male attacker in any format you can that will cause pain.
Learn beginner self defense tips #2 - Being able to stab your fingers into your attackers eye sockets is another great martial arts technique you can use to cause temporary or permanent blindness. If you are smaller or weaker then your opponent and you know that a punch won't knock down your attacker, use an eye gouge. This is one of the best techniques I have ever used to win fights and subdue attackers. People don't expect you to use it because it is not that widely known or used. Typically your attacker will expect punches or kicks, but a swift poke to the eye can completely knock him off his game plan to hurt you.
Learn beginner self defense tips #3 - Keep your kicking strikes to the lower half of the body, preferably under the waist. Keep your kicks aimed lower and aim for targets like the groin, inner thigh, kneecap, shin, ankles and feet. If you are able to smash an attackers ankle with a well placed kck you will cause him serious pain and increase your odds of winning and surviving the assault. Remember that kicking through the kneecap can break it as well immobilzing your opponent and giving you the opportunity to escape!
These three beginner self defense tips we just examined are the real deal and work very effectively. The very next thing you should do is enroll in a martial arts dojo or a self defense course to better prepare yourself to face and survive violence.
