Best
martial arts training to get killer results quickly!
Now
that it is winter time I think it would be a good time to put together
an article on the importance of training within the styles of the
traditional martial arts. I will also show you some hybrid training
stuff to incoporate into your martial arts training to become the best
that you can be. There are many different types of martial arts styles
out there but I hope to help you see some valid points and learn some
techniques to further your training and take your knowledge of combat
to further levels. Knowing how to improve your conditioning is
absolutely integral so I will also touch on that base with my best
martial arts training tactics I've stuffed below.
The first thing I want you to understand about being the best at martial arts training is taking your training to the gym our outside. Cardio and weight training conditioning is absolutely essential to get anywhere in martial arts. If you can go for a jog only two times a week outside this winter, that is a lot better then eating junk food and sitting there watching tv. If you are able to lift weights four times a week, you will greatly improve your odds of survival and the ability to excel in your martial arts school.
A big principle from the best martial arts training is the ability to defend yourself. Today I was watching Judo championship blackbelt fighters and the sport itself is not that useful when it comes to self defense according to what I saw in competition combat. I know for a fact however being a green belt in judo, its applications for self defense are amazing. So what I'm saying here is be able to know what is valid in your martial arts training and what isn't to become the best you can be.
Another way to get the best martial arts training is to train in different traditional styles of martial arts. I have learned from Karate, Judo and Brazilian Jiujutsu. What I can tell you for myself personally, is that I have a range of skills for dealing with in close combat as well as clinch fighting and taking it to the ground for the finish. You however may be entirely different and have different valid skills based on your martial arts training and abilities as a fighter and experience you have had with combat.
To get the best martial arts training possible, study different styles of traditional martial arts and train with weights and cardio. Go for runs, go for bike rides, do whatever you can do to improve your cardio conditioning. Quit smoking cigarettes, quit eating junk food, get out there and become the best you can be with martial arts!
